Transparency is the foundation of our relationship with you. Understand exactly what our role is, and where it ends.
NomadWay acts exclusively as an intermediary and facilitator: we connect you with professionals, service providers and the competent authorities, organize the process and follow every step by your side. We are not a law firm, an accounting office or a government agency, nor the final provider of services contracted from third parties.
What NomadWay does
- Guides and organizes your relocation journey, based on hands-on experience and up-to-date public information.
- Refers and connects you to independent professionals and providers: lawyers, gestorías, accountants, insurers, real-estate agents and other trusted partners.
- Tracks the progress of your process and centralizes communication, so you never get lost between steps.
- Provides informational mentorship on the digital nomad visa, the Beckham Law and life in Spain.
What NomadWay does not do
- Does not provide legal or accounting services, nor representation before consulates, immigration or judicial authorities.
- Does not decide, approve or guarantee the granting of visas, permits or tax benefits. That decision belongs exclusively to the official authorities.
- Is not the provider of services delivered by referred third parties, who are responsible for their own contracts, deadlines and results.
- Does not guarantee specific outcomes: every case depends on documentation, current legislation and the authorities' assessment.
Our role
NomadWay is a consulting and mentorship company that acts as an intermediary between you and the many professionals, service providers and authorities involved in relocating to Spain.
Our job is to guide, organize and facilitate. We turn a complex process into clear steps, point you to those who can carry them out, and follow the progress together with you.
Relationship with third-party professionals and providers
The professionals and companies we refer (lawyers, gestorías, accountants, insurers, real-estate agents, schools, banks, among others) are independent and have no corporate or employment relationship with NomadWay.
These services are contracted directly between you and the provider, governed by the contracts, prices, deadlines and conditions they set. NomadWay is not liable for the execution, quality or outcome of those services, although we commit to referring only partners we trust.
Decisions by authorities and official bodies
Granting visas, residence permits, identification numbers, tax regimes and any other administrative acts is the exclusive competence of the Spanish and Brazilian authorities.
NomadWay does not represent you before these bodies, does not influence their decisions and cannot guarantee approval, timing or outcome. Our guidance reflects the legislation and practices known at the time of service, which may change without notice.
Informational nature of our consulting
All content shared by NomadWay, whether in consultations, mentorships, materials or on this website, is informational and educational. It does not replace legal, accounting or tax advice issued by a licensed professional.
For matters requiring specialized technical analysis, we connect you with certified professionals and recommend that important decisions be based on their advice.
Limits of liability
NomadWay is responsible for the services it provides directly: guidance, organization and follow-up. It is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays or decisions of third parties and authorities, nor for losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
This notice complements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which remain fully in force.
Our commitment
Being an honest intermediary means saying clearly what we do and what we do not do. If at any point you are unsure who is responsible for a step in your process, ask. Answering that transparently is part of our job.
